Before you sign up
Common questions
Does this frontend create the venue?
No. The public frontend only sends you into the existing OVL/Core/MemberPress subscription journey. Core remains responsible for subscription handling, venue creation, ownership and permissions.
Can I add another venue later?
Yes. Use the Additional venue journey, choose the plan for that venue and continue through the existing subscription flow while signed in to the account that manages your venues.
Can more than one person use a venue?
Yes. Where the plan has a configured user allowance it is shown as “Includes N users”. Actual permissions and plan enforcement remain in OVL Core.
Is OVL booking software?
No. OVL is focused on venue compliance, records, inspections and follow-up actions rather than customer bookings or event sales.
